Christmas is coming to all the villages on Ibiza and Formentera

Christmas plans fill the agenda this weekend on Ibiza and Formentera, with visits from Santa Claus, Christmas shows, carol concerts, the living nativity scenes of Jesus and Sant Jordi and family films, such as at Festicinema in Santa Eulària, it’s all featured in the festive programmes which can be viewed in full on the various town hall websites.

There will also be a lot of music, including a concert by the Ibizan band Joven Dolores, which continues its ‘Un segundo’ tour on Saturday in Sant Antoni.

In addition, Can Bonet is kicking off its patron saint festivities in style, with a Fun & Trucks party throughout the day on Saturday, which will end with a torrada de gerret and sobrasada.

And in Jesús on Saturday a winter solstice party will be held, with second-hand markets and exchange, music and workshops, which will give way on Sunday to a new Fun & Trucks party, also in the Plaza de Jesús.

FRIDAY 17th SEPTEMBER
