The interstellar contest of fried matances de Sant Jordi marks the agenda of the weekend. One of those gastronomic encounters that proliferate in Ibiza and that, of course, have created a fondness. On this occasion, moreover, it is the first event of the Sant Jordi festivities.
Also this weekend begins the festival Ibicine and it does so with the Astarté Awards gala on Saturday.
On the musical side, concerts by the polyphonic quartet A pair of three on Friday in Sant Antoni or the mini-tour of Breezy Rodio Blues Quartet and Betta Berodia on Saturday at various venues.
On Thursday there are two very interesting conferences, the inaugural conference of the cycle vila’s ‘Let’s talk about mobility’ at the MACE and that of the historian Santiago Colomar on the smuggling in Formentera.
