The Guardia Civil from Ibiza has detained a man of Spanish nationality and 19 years old as alleged perpetrator of two crimes de sexual assault and another of exhibitionism carried out during the summer months in the northern part of the island of Ibiza, according to a note from the armed forces.
In the same communiqué it is explained that agents of the team of Judicial Police of the Civil Guard of Ibiza initiated an investigation “after the existence of two complaints whose modus operandi was the same”. Although it is not detailed how the suspect always acted, the victims related that they were assaulted by “a man who fled the scene using, each time, different motorcycles and helmets to make it difficult to identify him.”.

Likewise, the agents “became aware of a man who was strolled naked through a park near the place where the events occurred and whose characteristics were similar to those of the defendant”.
After several steps, the agents “managed to identify and link the suspect to the three reported facts, as well as the motorcycles and helmets used in each of the alleged assaults.”
After gathering all this information, the agents arrested him as the alleged perpetrator of two crimes of sexual assault and one crime of exhibitionism. Subsequently, he was placed at the disposition of the duty court, which decreed his release.
