The well-known content creator Dwayne Muffin has shared on his TikTok account a video that reflects with humor and irony the consequences of the strong storm that hit Ibiza yesterday, especially in the area of Dalt Vila.
In the images you can see how a tourist dressed in shorts and polo shirt slides down the ramp up to Dalt Vila, which was soaked. The scene has generated funny comments, but also of concern: “I’m going soon to Ibiza, I hope the weather is good,” said a user.
The video also shows several people trying to shelter from the storm with improvised methods: from plastic bags used as raincoats.
Tuesday was marked by the orange alert decreed in Ibiza for heavy rains and bad weather. The storm also forced the closure of parks in the city of Ibiza and outdoor activities were canceled, as well as the inauguration of the ‘escoleta’ Es Baladres in Santa Eulària.
