A man has been sentenced today to seven years in prison for raping in Ibiza a minor who was caught through social networks. The defendant lured the victim, who was 15 years old, and invited him to his home, taking advantage of his love of video games. When the teenager came to his home, he forced him to have sexual relations.
The defendant has compensated the minor with 15,000 euros for which the mitigating circumstance of reparation of the damage has been appreciated, and must deliver another 10,000 euros. The Prosecutor’s Office has lowered its initial request for 12 years’ imprisonment following the agreement reached with the defense attorney. The court has ruled on the spot.
