The Guardia Civil has arrested a man who was carrying laughing gas canisters under the seat of a bus in Platja d’en Bossa. In addition, another man has also been arrested, according to a press release by the OPC (Oficina Periférica de Comunicación), for carrying drugs in his car.

As for the first detainee, agents inspected on Saturday a bus in the area of Platja d’en Bossa and saw how a passenger was hiding a backpack under a seat. The guards, according to the note, checked the backpack and found two 640-gram laughing gas canisters and objects to consume it.

On Sunday, another citizen security patrol stopped in Platja d’en Bossa a car in which only the driver was in and, upon inspection, found a bag with amphetamines, ecstasy, cocaine and marijuana, all dosed and ready for sale.
