In Sant Rafel, the restored Can Terra (1803) is offered at €7.25m, with seven en-suite bedrooms, large pool and hammam on a 57,000 sqm plot. The Finca Eco in Puig d’en Valls, dating back to 1532, is available for €6.9m, featuring a main house, three guest houses and landscaped grounds. At €4.9m, the Finca Golf, a 150-year-old estate on Ibiza’s golf course, combines a main house, guest areas and a rental licence for up to 10 residents.
