The Guardia Civil arrested the man who ran over and killed cyclist Bernat Ribas on Tuesday afternoon. According to the Guardia Civil, he is British, a resident of Ibiza, is 35 years old and did not have a driving licence.

He has been arrested on suspicion of crimes of reckless homicide, leaving the scene of the accident, reckless driving and driving without a license.
