A plot of rustic land bordering the ruins of Cala d’en Serra in Sant Joan is up for sale for €298,870 on Idealista. The land covers 83,222 square metres but is classified as protected rural land, limiting its use to restricted primary sector activities. The abandoned structure on this land, designed by architect Josep Lluís Sert in 1971, is pending demolition after the local government approved its expropriation due to safety concerns.
