A car has fallen into the sea in the area of Talamanca when trying to raise a jet ski on its trailer. The accident occurred at the launching ramp of sa Punta, this Tuesday afternoon.

According to witnesses, the car was preparing to lift a jet ski, when another vehicle hit it. The impact displaced it onto the ramp and left it half overturned, with one part inside the sea and the other on dry land.

During the night, several roadside relief companies tried to recover the vehicle without success. Finally, this Wednesday morning, a heavy-duty crane managed to pull it out of the water and took it to a workshop for repairs.

Such incidents are relatively frequent on the island during the summer months, when more than one vehicle ends up falling into the sea in similar situations.
