The owners of Cala Duo, a venue in the Natural Park of ses Salines closed on 8 August by the Consell de Formentera for operating as a nightclub under a restaurant licence, have appealed the precautionary order to cease activity, claiming they have remedied all issues flagged during a joint inspection by technicians, local police and a Balearic Government environmental agent.
