The Consell de Ibiza, through the Department of Tourism Management, has reported a restaurant in Sant Josep to the Directorate General of Emergencies of the Balearic Govern for allowing dancing and smoking and not respecting the mandatory use of the mask or the safety distance. Through a statement, the insular government itself has reported that the complaint has been made undercover inspectors for non-compliance with all these measures.
The undercover inspectors alerted the Policía Local of Sant Josep and the Directorate General of Emergencies of the Balearic Govern. A few minutes before the arrival of the agents, acording to the Consell, those responsible for the premises changed the dance music for ambient music, dancing was prohibited and masks were distributed among customers and workers. A situation of apparent legality which, they add, lasted as long as the Policía Local were inspecting the restaurant.
