This is how much a storage room costs in Ibiza

With the acquisition of smaller and smaller apartments both to rent and to buy because of the high prices, a storage room is more of a necessity than a luxury. Possibility of parking

A higher price presents a storage room in basement that is offered in the center of Santa Eulària of about 11.50 square meters. The annual expenses are approximately 110 euros of community and 25 euros of IBI. There is the possibility of acquiring also a parking space. “It is a building of very good qualities, the parking area has illumination by movement”, details the advertiser.

Finally, also in Santa Eulària, Idealista advertises another first floor storage room of 13 square meters for 35,000 euros. “It is located in one of the best areas of the charming village of Santa Eulària and has very easy access thanks to its strategic location,” says the advertiser who details that it is “in very good condition”. In addition, it has electricity supply.
