Well, anyone who wants to feel like Anabel Pantoja, Nagore Robles or Jedet two summers ago can now make it a reality. The villa, which has sea views, six en-suite bedrooms and “a DJ room with a modern sound system and fun lighting”, is offered on Airbnb. Sleeping in the one-time Casa In costs, as of mid-July, €6,250 per night. The rate is slightly more expensive at the end of August (€6,950) and much cheaper at the end of January: €3,850 per night. There are not many dates available in summer.
Sleep like an influencer
This mansion, which stands on the cliffs of sa Carbonera, near es Canar, is not the only influencer’s house that can be found on Airbnb in the Pitiusas. Those who follow the model Eugenia Silva will recognize at first glance the sand-colored walls, the low wall of dry stone surrounding the pool, the Moorish lanterns on the terraces and the play of shadows from the bushes on the porch that, on so many occasions, serve as a backdrop for the photographs that the businesswoman also posts on her networks during her long summer stays on Formentera. The house, christened Can Eu, is offered on Airbnb during the low season. It has four bedrooms spread over two floors and a swimming pool from which you can see the countryside surrounding the estate. Staying in the house costs exactly the same next week as at the end of April, the last dates it is available: 1,800 euros. It is the most expensive villa on the island offered on Airbnb this winter.
Sleep like an influencer, sleep like a backpacker |During summer there are other must more expensive tourist rentals on Formentera. The most expensive listed online for July is the la casa Barrett, close to the beach of es Carnatge, and for which you’ll have to pay 6,000 euros per night, more than ten times more than what it costs now (516 euros). Of course, they only accept people over 30 years old. This is cheap compared to the more than 25,000 euros per night charged for staying overnight in the ‘Villa Super Luxury’ on Ibiza, on the coast of Santa Eulària.
