This is the route and the Spanish teams that will compete in the Red Bull Ibiza Royale race

Red Bull Ibiza Royale is ready to challenge the best teams in the world. The competition for lovers of running and extreme sports will take place from april 7 to 9 at Dalt Vila and the organization has already announced the teams and the route. From 50 countries different, 200 mixed teams will face an epic race with a single goal: to reach the top of Dalt Vila and conquer the title of champions.

From jumps to balancing tests, the course has been designed for challenge body and mind. “To qualify for the castle race, runners will take on a 100-meter flat course with five obstacles in two attempts. The results of this first phase will determine the starting order in the race that will take place in Dalt Vila the next day, starting with the fastest team”, says the organization in a note.

In the second phase, all the teams will have the opportunity to complete the circuit in Dalt Vila of 1.4 kilometers with nine obstaclesdesigned by international athletes and content creators. To reach the top, they will have to overcome more than 90 meters of climbing. The 20 teams teams will advance to the Grand Final of the day april 9, where Dalt Vila will be opened to the spectators. The finalists will be able to shine for the second and last time during the tour with new challenges and secure their victory.

The Spanish teams of the big race

Out of the 400 runners from 50 countries, a total of ten teams from different locations in Spain will be the national representation in the great Red Bull Ibiza Royale obstacle course. These teams from mixed couples willing to rise to the challenge and test their physical and mental limits are Hulk & WW, Ritjud, Jesse Owens, Oscense Power, Twin Riders, Las Naranjas de Sevilla, Lorenzo, Team Nutri, Los Tigres and Winged Warriors.

The Spanish representatives also include a number of wildcard pairs invited to Red Bull Ibiza Royale. The team formed by skateboarder Danny Leonthe one of the influencers and adventurers Ale Agulló y Gonzalo Montoyaand that of athletes and content creators Sara Baceiredo and Cristóbal Meseguer.

“In order to achieve victory, participants must overcome a series of obstacles located in the circuit”, points out the organization.

Each of the obstacles has been conceived and designed by international sport and content creation referents, such as the Spanish streamer Nil Ojeda who has created the obstacle ‘Spaghetti Boulevard’, as well as the athlete Ida Mathilde Steensgaard (Denmark), the snowboarding champion Seb Toots (Canada), the e-sports athlete Arshlan Ash (Pakistan), the queen of fitness Demi Bagby (USA), parkour lovers Charles Poujade and Mélanie Buffetaud (France) and content creators David Jones (New Zealand), Aditotoro Vogt and Paul Frege (Switzerland/Germany).
