Es Ventall

Fruit of the constant and tenacious work of a whole family, the restaurant ‘Es Ventall’ was born more than 35 years ago. Etxeko Ibiza by Martin Berasategui

Restaurant with the seal of Martin Berasategui, a gastronomic space of ‘Bless Hotel Ibiza’. Jondal

Ranked by many as the best beach bar in Spain, the kitchen is in charge of Rafa Zafra (‘Estimar’). His proposal is based on seafood, fried food, some meat and grilled fish.

The two moons

Traditional Italian cuisine incorporating Mediterranean influences under the direction of Massimo and Lupo Lucarini (Ibiza – Sant Antoni road).

Maymanta

Omar Malpartida offers the possibility in Maymanta to enjoy a gustatory journey from Ibiza to Peru without leaving the spectacular panoramic terrace located on the rooftop of the hotel ‘Aguas de Ibiza’ (Santa Eulària).

Nagai

This roadside restaurant, planted among large trees in the Ibizan countryside, is a haven of peace where Japanese gastronomy is worshipped (Carretera Sant Joan).

Sinner Ibiza

The snacking is more than recommended, but do not forget the rice, seafood, grilled fish or meats. All with the signature of the chef Nando Jubany (Santa Eulària).

Trattoria del Mar

Family-run trattoria run by the d’Ambrossio brothers, attentive to the dining room, wine cellar and essentially Neapolitan seafood cuisine, in a place with beautiful views of the castle and the sea (Botafoc Ibiza).
