Palladium Hotel Group expects to double the revenues of its hotels in Ibiza this Easter

Palladium Hotel Group announces a 2025 tourism season kickoff very positive in terms of occupancy and profitabilitythe company expects to exceed 90% occupancy in its holiday hotels in Spain and Italy (Sicily) during Easter Week, which takes place in mid-April. In addition, the company expects to double its revenue per available room (RevPAR) compared to the previous year.

The group closed 2024 with a managed turnover in excess of 1.2 billion euros and expects to continue on this growth path. In Ibiza, where Palladium Hotel Group operates 10 hotels, the improvement in RevPAR will be accompanied by an increase in occupancy and average daily rate (ADR). In Tenerife, Marbella and Sicily, growth will be driven mainly by higher occupancy.

These favorable forecasts are largely due to the expectation of more favorable weather and greater flight availability, due to Easter falling in mid-April this year, three weeks later than in 2024.

Under this context, the hotel management company is preparing to start the season in its seasonal hotels, which will open progressively over the next month.
