New construction apartments in Ibiza: these are the cheapest prices

Buying a home in Ibiza is quite difficult due to the high market prices compared to the average Balearic salary, which is 2.267 euros gross per month. The square meter is well over 4,000 euros. The option of buying a house off plan is usually more accessible, as it allows you the possibility of saving before the delivery of keys and minimize the final mortgage payment to the maximum. The real estate portal Idealista has more than forty new developments on the island. The prices of the apartments range from 329,900 euros to 875,000 euros, not including works on chalets or villas, whose prices exceed six figures.

The cheapest promotion is located in Sant Antoni, the Residencial sa Talaia, of 44 homes, with costs ranging from 329,900 euros for a two-bedroom apartment. In ses Païsses is the Residencial Feniciaof 27 homes, with two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses starting at 340,000 euros.

In es Cubells has already been completed a work of one-bedroom apartments, Vista Alegre Suitesfor 345,000 euros. It is a small development of 25 apartments completely white with sea views.

In Ibiza city, specifically in ses Figueretes, the urbanization is being built Belisla Bossa Nova, of 32 apartments. It has apartments and penthouses with one and two bedrooms from 360,000 euros and 545,000 euros, with two.

In Sant Antoni there is also the new construction Silene Residencede, next to the Sa Serra high school, with 39 two and three-bedroom homes starting at 429,732 euros.

In the center of Sant Antoni you will find the Rumbo Building, of 48 homes, 200 meters from the Paseo Marítimo, with three-bedroom apartments for 445,000 euros.

To live in Ibiza city, the cheapest new construction is in Ca n’Escandell, Vila 24with eleven spacious two- and three-bedroom homes priced from 475,000 euros.

The Nerium Residential in Sant Antoni consists of six independent buildings that house a total of 48 apartments and will be delivered in 2027. The two-bedroom price is 485,000 euros.

The rest of the promotions already exceed half a million euros, a figure that has become very common, but which is a nonsense for current payrolls on the islands.
