The 26-year-old German man who had been missing in Ibiza since Saturday has been found in good condition, according to a post on the Facebook group Deutschsprachige auf Ibiza, where the disappearance had initially been reported. “Good news: Justin has reappeared! He has been found in good condition”, the post states.
“Heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped with the search, shared the post and provided information”, wrote one user, who also requested that the missing person notice be removed.
Family and friends had shared images of Justin Freier on social media after he went missing last Saturday, 24 January, at around 11 pm. His last known location was Santa Eulària des Riu. The notice circulated online explained that there had been no contact with him since the weekend and included two telephone numbers for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts.
This was not the only recent missing person alert on the island. Last week, SOS Desaparecidos reported the disappearance of Pablo, a 66-year-old man who had been missing in Ibiza for three weeks. The association issued the alert on Thursday, 22 January, stating that he had last been seen on 1 January. He was later located.
