‘Tapas in the Sky’ offers a menu of six tapas, with welcome cocktail and soft drink included. ‘Dinner in the Sky’ includes a four-course bistronomy menu, plus a welcome cocktail and refreshments. In either of these two versions, diners can opt for the premium caviar and truffle menu.

Safety

This experience is designed so that through a platform, mostly metal, suspended with high security stainless steel cables, diners can enjoy suspended in the air of a spectacular menu.

In addition, comfort is also one of the cornerstones of this high-altitude experience. The seats are formula One style and each has a safety harness that will keep the diner protected, but that allows for ease of movement at all times. In addition, the chair can rotate 90 degrees, allowing for fabulous photos and videos to be captured, with full safety.

These systems, with which diners are lifted to heights, are supervised by the international testing body TÜV Rheinland of Germany. However, it is not an experience suitable for those with vertigo.
