Housing in Ibiza has reached record levels, with prices per square metre surpassing €7,000 in several municipalities, according to Idealista’s July report. Around a quarter of the island’s market falls into the ‘ultra-luxury’ category, valued above €3 million, while half of all listings exceed €1 million. The highest asking price per square metre for an apartment reaches €39,273, found in a penthouse on Paseo Joan Carles I, Botafoc, within the Sarana building designed by Alain Moatti and Josep Ferrer Llaneras. The 243-square-metre property, priced at €10.8 million, includes three en suite bedrooms, a 68-square-metre terrace, a 320-square-metre solarium with private pool, high-end finishes, two parking spaces, and views over Dalt Vila and the port of Ibiza.
