The mythical flea market from en Canar premieres this Wednesday, May 7, the season 2025 “by the hand of Fergus Style Punta Arabí, the new establishment of this hotel group, and in a completely renovated space” in which the following will be installed more than 400 stalls of craftsmen.
“There will be many new features with which our visitors will find both in their new environment and in the musical field, as we are the only market that offers live music every week with different artists from the island,” he said today Paola Podestáthe president of the association that brings together the vendors of this market, Avhempa.
She also pointed out that the new four-star hotel establishmentthe new four-star hotel, scheduled to open in mid-May, will feature three restaurants open to the public “that will further enrich the experience of Hippy Market Punta Arabí”, located in its streets.
“Last year we already defended that our market was ‘more Ibiza than ever’ and this year we want to continue to claim that 100% immersive experience“, Podestá emphasized.
Visitors strolling through the iconic flea market from this week onwards will have at their fingertips a wide and varied range of productsamong which are costume jewelry, accessories, clothing, natural and ecological cosmetic products, local liquors such as the traditional herbes eivissenques or sustainable articles created with recycled materials such as tires or plastic.
“Hippy Market Punta Arabí is the most complete flea market of Ibiza and the one that best suits the pockets of its visitorsthere are products of all kinds of prices,” said the representative of the sellers of this “nerve center of es Canar”.
Musical offer and gastronomy
Another of the distinctive elements and one of the great assets of “this multicultural space for the whole family” is music. On its first day, the following have been programmed performances by Angel Wolf, DJ La Cat, Swingintonic Duo and Big Dez Blues Trio.

Podestá emphasized that this flea market has not only been “a witness of time, but has also known how to evolve with it, mixing the experience of merchants who have been there almost since its beginnings, with the fresh energy of new vendors who every year join this community”. In his opinion, this fusion of tradition and renewal makes the flea market “always up to date”, offering “a unique experience for both regulars and new visitors”.
For its part, from the City Council of Santa Eulària today recalled the importance of this enclave and invited residents and tourists to discover this 2025 the novelties of “an activity that is ideal to do with the family after a day at the beach”.
The inauguration of the new season of Hippy Market Punta Arabí is expected to be attended by the mayor of the municipality, Carmen Ferrer.
