DNA tests confirm Belgian millionaire as father of Ibiza dancer’s child

The DNA testing have confirmed to 99.999 percent that a Belgian millionaire dedicated to antique dealers is the father of the son of an Ibiza dancer.

The court of the Pitiusa island that is handling the case has already fixed also the delivery of about 20,000 euros — about 500 euros per month — in arrears of child support in favor of the minor, who is about five years old. The matter will finally be decided in the civil trial on March 3.

Regarding the results of the DNA tests, the lawyer Fernando Osuna explained that it means that, with this data, there are four million more probabilities that the businessman, who is dedicated to the sale of antiques and restoration of luxury homes, is the father than not.

The civil lawsuit to claim the paternity of the child, which is being handled by the Osuna law firm, specialized in inheritance rights, was filed in 2020.

The millionaire and the dancer had met a few years earlier in Ibiza and they had maintained a relationship that lasted about two years, until she became pregnant and he disengaged and denied paternity. The lawyer believes that the trial will be “almost a formality” after the conclusiveness of the DNA tests.
