The Department of Road Infrastructures of the Consell d’Eivissa has announced that from Monday, October 20, until early December, road repainting, repair and maintenance works on road safety elements will be carried out on several roads across the island.
These tasks form part of the island’s periodic road maintenance plan and aim to improve safety and visibility on the roads. The works will be carried out progressively, section by section, and the island authority warns that traffic jams or temporary road closures may occur while the works are in progress.
The Consell has stated that it will seek to schedule interventions during off-peak hours to minimise disruption for road users. It has also expressed its gratitude for drivers’ understanding and cooperation, and apologised for any inconvenience these works may cause.
