Sonorama Ibiza 2025 has already unveiled a good part of its line-up for this year, in which the following are headliners Travis Birds, Hinds and Santero y los Muchachos and completed by names like Ani Queen, DenisDenis, Gara Durán and Marcelo Criminal, as well as the Ibizan Billy Flamingos, Morning Drivers and Stone Corners, although the festival assures that there are still names to be confirmed.
The Ibizan edition of Sonorama will have a new format in this edition, with a free day at the Auditori Caló de s’Oli in Cala de Bou, on Friday October 3, and another one for a fee on Saturday October 4, at the Venice Bay spacewhere it has been held in recent years. Tickets are already on sale through the website sonoramariberaibiza.es.
The Madrilenian Travis Birds is one of the most sought after singers on festival billboards in recent years, with a very intimate live performance that always creates a special connection with the audience. So far she has released three albums, the last one ‘Perro deseo’, in 2023, with which she has been touring since then. This will be his first appearance on the island.
The names
Hinds, who have gone from the initial duo to a quartet in recent years, are a female indie band already consolidated, with a sound close to garage and with surfer airs, although in Ibiza they will play in acoustic format. They were already playing festivals all over Europe before releasing their first album in 2015, and last fall they released their fourth: ‘Viva Hinds!’. In their career they have also opened for big bands like The Strokes or Coldplay.
The Valencians Santero and the Boys they have already passed in different occasions for Eivissa, from the festival Sueños de Libertad, with a remembered concert in Dalt Vila, up to the cycle Dorado Live Shows, brother of this Sonorama on the part of father: Diego Calvo. They harvest a rock of deep American roots in which there is no lack of folk and country flashes, wrapped in the unmistakable voice of Miguel Angel Escriva.
It also emphasizes the wide representation of Ibiza, with, up to the moment, three bands very representative of the good moment that lives the Ibizan rock: Billy Flamingos, Morning Drivers and Stone Cornersthe first two also played two editions ago at the original Sonorama Ribera, the one in Aranda de Duero.
