Finding an affordable property in Ibiza is not an easy task. The average price of a one-bedroom property already exceeds 200,000 euros on average, although sometimes real estate opportunities arise.
The apartment for sale with the cheapest price in the whole island is located in ses Figueretes, just 100 meters from the beach and its price is 190,000 euros.
The advertisement, published on the Idealista portal already describes it as a “unique opportunity”. It is a loft of 60 square meters divided into two floors.
The studio has two bathrooms, a kitchen and a bedroom, plus a living room. It also has a small terrace of 5 square meters outside. As the ad explains, “urgent sale due to change of city of work”.
If you search through the different real estate portals you will see some properties published with a slightly lower price, but they are squatted apartments or only part of them are for sale.
