The Guardia Civil of Sant Antoni has arrested a young man of 24 years and English nationality as alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health, in the framework of the reinforcement of surveillance in leisure areas for crime prevention.
The events occurred last Tuesday afternoon, when a pedestrian patrol of the agents observed a man who, upon noticing the police presence, made an elusive movement that raised suspicions. After intercepting and identifying him, the guards found that he was carrying several doses of various narcotic substances, including pink cocaine, cocaine and ecstasy, inside a fanny pack.
Given this evidence, the agents arrested the man and was placed at the disposal of the competent Judicial Authority as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health.
