The best plans for the weekend in Ibiza and Formentera

Weekend with Pilar’s party included and a lot of plans to do of all tastes and colors.

El Pilar de la Mola, Cala de Bou, Sant Rafel and es Cubells have open the programs of their patron saint festivities with tradition, music, exhibitions… better to look one by one, although it is worth mentioning the end of Friday’s flamenco festival in Cala de Bou with Ibossim and Alazán with Encarna Salazar of Azúcar Moreno and Chunguito Juan Salazar.

As for music, Formentera and Eivissa receive this weekend a very special musician, Yann Tiersenwho will offer two concerts as part of his unique sustainable tour aboard a sailboat. But there is also the festival Jazz Point Ibizawith concerts by local and international figures, or a didactic concert within the framework of the Santa Eulària Chamber Music Festival. In addition to the festival of music and gastronomy of the Southern United States, IV Soul Food Fest, with the Chicago singer Laretha Weathersby, on Saturday at the Auditori Caló de s’Oli in Cala de Bou.

The most curious point of the agenda is offered by the experience of historical reenactment Antiqva Insvlawith different activities on Saturday and Sunday.

And there is a lot of art, with the Tardor d’Art de Formentera, the Cicerone seminar of the MACE, the Lotus Art in Motion in Cala Llonga or the International Museum Dayand dance, with two high level performances of the Dance Season of the Consell on Friday and Sunday, and theater, with the preview of the play ‘Women without voice’ on Saturday at Sa Cultural. or folklore, with the Mostra Folkloric Ciutat d’Eivissa on Saturday.

The list is long and should be studied carefully:
