The party of Sant Jordi and with it the Day of the Book, has passed, but in Sant Jordi are still partying and in the rest of the Pitiüses there are still these days activities to celebrate the book. In Sant Jordi they have an extensive program that includes a match between the veterans of Penya Esportiva and Ajax on Thursday, a party with DJ Vázquez on Friday, a concert of the Extremoduro tribute La Hoguera on Saturday and bachata to the fullest on Sunday, among other things.
And from Book Day it should be noted that Santa Eulària has left its fair for Saturday and Sant Antoni for Sunday.
This weekend is also celebrated the Andalusian Fair of Ibizawhich returns to the parking lot of Sa Joveria, and the Pilgrimage of the Virgin of the Head of Formenterabetween faith and verbena in La Mola.
In addition Vila will live its Art Route with installations and exhibitions by 40 artists in different open and closed spaces of the city, and Santa Eulària celebrates on Sunday the Earth Day with different activities.
From the music, we can highlight the final party of the IMS in Dalt Vila on Friday, the concert of Juanjele at Sa Nostra the same day, or a ‘Candlelightwith Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’ on Saturday at Can Ventosa.
And there is also theater on Thursday with ‘The Disciple’, at Can Ventosa, on Saturday with ‘Between tradition and hope (Yerma)’, at the Teatro Espanya in Santa Eulària, and humor on Sunday with Alba Novoa at JazztaBé, among many other activities.
