The territory of Sant Agustí and Cala de Bou, in Sant Josep, is the one that registers the highest increases in the purchase price of housing of all the municipality and reaches historical peaks. This is indicated by the web portal Idealista, which attributes to it a 12% growth between June 2024 and 2025. Despite this, the 6.047 euros per square meter make it the place in Sant Josep where it is most affordable to buy a home.
This rise is repeated in the area that the real estate entity identifies as Sant Josep, where the rise reaches up to 8.7% in the last twelve months. Therefore, it remains the area of the municipality in which the purchase is more expensive thanks to the 8.949 euros per square meter fixed by the study.
On the other hand, acquiring housing in the coastal area between Cala Vedella, Cala Tarida and Platges de Comte has an average price of 7,651 euros per square meter. This area is the one with the least pronounced year-on-year increase and 6.3 percent.
A separate case is the nucleus of Sant Jordi, which is the exception of the municipality due to its lower market purchase price compared to June 2024. This decrease reaches 2.4 percent and the cost of purchasing a home in the area 6,973 euros per square meter.
This decrease only manages to make up for the record price that the whole municipality records in the cost of housing and that remains at 7,293 euros per square meter. In addition, the year-on-year growth was 7.6 percent. These figures should be qualified, as Idealista does not provide information on es Cubells.
