La Bodega brings the season forward and opens its doors on thursday, March 20. From Thursday, he will be back with his customers every day of the week from 6 p.m. to midnight, during the months of March and April, even the schedule can be extended until one o’clock in the morning, if the number of visitors is large.
With this opening the managers of this emblematic establishment intend to contribute to animate the neighborhood of the Marina, in the center of Ibiza.
The menu includes typical Spanish dishes and more international specialties
La Bodega is the perfect place to enjoy delicious tapas in an authentic environment and lively. Its menu consists of a wide variety of tapas that seek to conquer the palate of its diners. Among the specialties that can be tasted are typical Spanish dishes such as Galician octopus, potato omelette, Burgos blood sausage, meat and fish, as well as other more international specialties such as vitel toné, ceviche or provolone cheese. In addition, this year the menu will include some new dishes such as cheeks or tuna.

All these dishes can be paired with a selection of approximately 60 wine references, 80% of which are of Spanish origin
