Precisely to support professionals in the horeca sector, Bedrinks is once again organizing its Beday Wines Edition 2025 on March 11. A unique opportunity to taste more than 500 wines from over a hundred national and international wineries in one place.
On this occasion, the event will be held at the Restaurant Nautico Ibiza from eleven in the morning until seven in the evening. A day dedicated exclusively to the professionals of the sector, who will be able to know first hand the details of all those references that may be interesting to incorporate in the menus of their bars or restaurants.
In addition to the tastings, professionals will be able to attend (prior registration) other activities. At one o’clock in the afternoon, the tasting ‘Juvé & Camps. Traditional method and autolysis in quality sparkling wines’, with the speaker Anna Casabona, Sommelier and Wine Educator Juvé & Camps.
At three o’clock will begin the presentation ‘Antagonisms of wine’, where the renowned winemakers Carlos López de Lacalle from Bodegas y Viñedos Artadi, Manuel Méndez from Bodega Gerardo Méndez, Raúl Pérez from Bodega Raúl Pérez and Bárbara Mesquida Mora from Bodega Mesquida Mora will intervene. Two hours later, at five o’clock, the tasting ‘Vinos de pago. Chardonnays from Arínzano’.
