Both hotels are building their offering around culture, gastronomy, events and the local community.

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza have wrapped up the 2026 season with record figures, registering more than 142,000 stays, a 14% increase on the previous year.

Located in the heart of Cala Llonga, the two hotels continue to strengthen their role as drivers of cultural, culinary and experiential activities, helping establish the bay as a destination with its own distinctive identity within Ibiza’s wider tourism offering.

The season has featured a varied programme combining music, art, wellness, gastronomy and activities for different audiences. From the International Music Summit (IMS) and the inaugural Hyde Ibiza Fest at the start of the season to the Lotus art exhibition in recent weeks, the resort has hosted initiatives that have helped bring Cala Llonga’s cultural scene to life.

This mix of experiences has broadened the range of activities available to visitors and residents alike, while supporting activity across the bay and its surrounding area.

Cala Llonga Journal: celebrating the bay’s heritage and community

One of this year’s most distinctive initiatives has been the launch of Cala Llonga Journal, a publication created to highlight the history, heritage and people who have helped shape the bay over the decades.

The project also strengthens the connection between the resort and the local community, placing the people and stories behind Cala Llonga at the centre of its identity.

Dining with a view: from Japanese cuisine to Mediterranean classics

The resort’s culinary offering has continued to evolve with Niko Al Fresco, the rooftop restaurant at Mondrian Ibiza. Combining contemporary Japanese cuisine with local ingredients, it offers panoramic views across Cala Llonga Bay.

Another highlight is Sonrojo Beach & Chiringuito, whose Mediterranean menu focuses on rice dishes, fresh fish and locally sourced produce. Its relaxed atmosphere and sea views have helped establish it as one of the bay’s leading dining spots.

Together, these venues add to Cala Llonga’s appeal for visitors looking to combine a stay in Ibiza with distinctive food experiences in a coastal setting.

More than 90 events bring businesses and organisations to Cala Llonga

The resort has also consolidated its position as a venue for events and meetings on the island, hosting more than 90 gatherings during the season. These have included incentive trips, corporate retreats, conferences and professional events.

Companies and organisations from sectors including technology, wellness, healthcare and professional services have chosen Cala Llonga as a setting for their meetings, helping reinforce the destination’s appeal throughout the season.

The range of events has extended the resort’s role beyond leisure tourism, bringing a broader mix of visitors and professional activity to the area.

A growing destination combining culture, gastronomy and nature

As the season draws to a close, Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza are celebrating not only a summer of growth but also Cala Llonga’s emergence as one of Ibiza’s most appealing and dynamic destinations.

Here, music, gastronomy, culture, nature and community come together to offer visitors a different way to experience the island.
