The 12th edition of the event will take place on 6 November in Jesús, featuring Albert Rivera, Yaiza Canosa and Pablo Cebriá, alongside business talks, a startup competition and networking opportunities.
The 12th Ingenion Entrepreneurs Forum will take place on Friday, 6 November, at the Jesús Cultural Centre in Ibiza, with a programme focused on business leadership, entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence.
Organised by the Department of Training and Employment at Santa Eulària Town Council, the event will feature keynote talks, a business project competition, networking activities and a tribute recognising the achievements of a local family-run company. Registration is now open through the Club de Feina website.
The forum’s 12th edition will once again provide a space for entrepreneurs and professionals to exchange experiences, knowledge and practical tools for launching and growing businesses. Topics on the agenda include decision-making in uncertain conditions, team management, innovation and the use of artificial intelligence in business.
Startup competition, networking and a tribute to a local business
One of the highlights will be the ‘Millor projecte emprenedor 2026’ (Best Entrepreneurial Project 2026) competition, which will give finalists the opportunity to present their ideas to attendees.
According to Santa Eulària Town Council, the initiative aims to put new business ideas in the spotlight, recognise their potential and help them grow. Project presentations are scheduled for 9.40am, with the award ceremony taking place at 1.35pm.
The programme will also include ‘Roots & Future: Returning Talent, Inspiring Stories’, a session focusing on young professionals who have returned to the municipality to develop their projects.
There will also be opportunities for networking, alongside comedy and business-focused activities led by comedian and entrepreneur Gonzalo Jiménez.
Another key moment will be a tribute to Licores Aniseta, a family-run business founded in 1925. The company will be recognised for its long-standing contribution to the business community in Santa Eulària.
Business leadership and the courage to start a business
The conference programme will feature Albert Rivera, a lawyer, consultant, investor and speaker, who will deliver a talk entitled ‘Entrepreneurial Leadership’.
Rivera is currently managing partner at consultancy RV+ and heads the leadership, communication and public speaking department at Utamed University.
His talk will explore the challenges of leading business projects, making decisions in uncertain circumstances and building teams capable of turning an idea into a successful venture. He will also share practical tools for inspiring and motivating teams, tackling business challenges and developing talent.
Entrepreneurship will be another central theme, with Yaiza Canosa, founder of GOI Travel, presenting ‘Start Without Permission: The Courage to Turn Ideas into Opportunities’. Santa Eulària Town Council describes Canosa as one of the notable entrepreneurs on Spain’s business scene.
Canosa will look back on her professional journey, which began when she launched her first company at the age of 16. In 2015, she founded GOI Travel, a company specialising in the transport and assembly of bulky goods.
She now leads Boudica Canosa, with stakes in more than 15 companies operating in sectors including technology, electric mobility, digital education and property investment.
Artificial intelligence and its impact on business
Artificial intelligence will have its own dedicated session at this year’s Ingenion Forum. Pablo Cebriá, CEO of Todoesdata, will deliver a talk entitled ‘AI Now, What Next?’ (‘¡IAhora, ¿qué?’ in Spanish).
His presentation will examine real-world applications of AI, its impact on business and the changes the technology could bring in the coming years.
The session aims to provide practical answers for professionals and entrepreneurs interested in incorporating artificial intelligence tools into their businesses and day-to-day operations.
