Pacha Restaurant and Pachacha will open every Friday and Saturday from 16 October to 25 December 2026, combining dining, cocktails and dancing until 5 am.
Pacha Restaurant and Pachacha are launching a special programme of dining and nightlife for Ibiza’s local community this autumn and winter. Running every Friday and Saturday from 16 October to 25 December 2026, the initiative from Pacha Group will give island residents free entry to Pachacha, subject to capacity, with an offering that brings together dinner, music, cocktails and dancing during the quieter months of the year.
The group describes the initiative as a way to strengthen its ties with Ibiza Town, a UNESCO World Heritage destination that has been closely associated with the brand for decades. According to Pacha Group, the aim is to put the local community at the heart of its activities and create a meeting place for people who remain on the island after the main tourist season.
The programme is aimed at residents, local artists, creative professionals, friends and families who live and work in Ibiza throughout the year. The group says it wants to bring back a more intimate, welcoming and familiar atmosphere, giving people a place to get together, unwind and enjoy food and nightlife beyond the summer months.
Dinner and Japanese-Mediterranean flavours at Pacha Restaurant
The evening will begin at Pacha Restaurant, open on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 pm until midnight. Its menu combines Japanese inspiration with Mediterranean flavours, with dishes designed for sharing and sampling a variety of tastes.
Highlights include salmon nigiri with ají amarillo and El Capricho, a nigiri-shaped croquette filled with octopus and red prawn.
The restaurant also offers a cocktail menu featuring a range of creations to accompany dinner or extend the evening after the meal. Pacha Group sees the venue as a place to stop for a drink after work, enjoy a relaxed dinner or start a night out.
The company highlights the restaurant’s intimate, welcoming atmosphere and its ambition to make it a regular meeting point for Ibiza residents throughout autumn and winter.
Pachacha brings DJ sets and dancing until 5 am
After dinner, the programme will continue at Pachacha, open from 10.30 pm to 5 am every Friday and Saturday throughout the same period, from 16 October to 25 December.
The venue will host DJ sets, drinks and dancing, offering a late-night option for those looking to keep the evening going.
All dinner reservations at Pacha Restaurant will include complimentary entry to Pachacha. Guests who want to attend the music sessions without dining at the restaurant will be able to buy tickets at the door only.
Ibiza residents will be admitted free of charge, although entry will depend on available capacity.
The first session in the programme takes place tonight, from 10.30 pm to 5 am, featuring Ángel Linde and Los Suruba. Tickets will be available exclusively at the door, with access through Pacha’s main entrance.
Group dining, Christmas celebrations and New Year’s Eve
Throughout the autumn and winter months, Pacha Restaurant will also offer special menus for groups, tailored to different occasions and celebrations.
Options will include corporate dinners, Christmas gatherings, birthday celebrations, New Year’s Eve dinners and more intimate get-togethers with friends and family.
The restaurant’s programme will extend to New Year’s Eve, when it will open its doors with a combination of food, cocktails and music to welcome the arrival of the new year.
“This season, we want to put the spotlight on the people who make Ibiza such a unique place all year round. We look forward to welcoming the local community to Pacha this winter and celebrating the arrival of the new year together,” the organisers said.
