Habitat real estate agency sells an exclusive three-star hostel in the center of Ibiza specifically in the area of es Puig des Molins. The property, located in Joan Xicó street, 42, consists of 30 rooms, 27 of them doubles with balcony and three singles, all with private bathroom. In total, 1,435 square meters built.

The building dates from 1989 and is in “good condition”, according to an advertisement published in the real estate portal Idealista.
