The real estate portal Idealista.com has published a ranking of the ten most visited luxury homes in the summer of 2025 that are still for sale. In this list there are two homes in Ibiza, both at the top of the table, among the top five.
“This year, idealista has been the scene of real estate fantasies, with users imagining dream residences, from imposing villas to magnificent mansions,[]“, they point out from the portal.
The first Ibizan villa that appears in the list is the one called ‘Villa Hermes’. It is the third most visited on the real estate website. It is a house located between Jesus and Ca na Negreta, has 257 square meters and is located on a plot of 8,500 square meters. It is for sale for 3.2 million euros.

This house has five bedrooms, three of which are with en suite bathroom and also has a swimming pool, garden and several terraces for recreation. Part of the land has been left in a wild state, as they explain, so that the future owner can adapt it to his taste.
