Palladium Hotel Group and Gordom Ramsay Restaurants have signed an agreement to open the first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in Europe at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.
The hotel will be inaugurated next April under the umbrella of the new luxury brand The Unexpected Hotels, inspired by the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel. As for Hell’s Kithen Ibiza, the restaurant is scheduled to open for this summer season 2025.
According to Palladium in a press release, the arrival of Hell’s Kitchen marks “an extraordinary milestone for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants” as a further step in its international expansion. These restaurants had not been established outside the United States, where it is present in Las Vegas, Washington DC and Miami.
The Ibiza restaurant will feature the aesthetics of the eponymous series and some of the most iconic and famous dishes from Gordon Ramsay Restaurants around the world.
“I’m very excited to bring Hell’s Kitchen to Ibiza this summer season because it is the perfect destination to deliver the unique Hell’s Kitchen experience,” said chef Gordon Ramsay.
For his part, Palladium’s Chief Operating Officer, Raúl Benito, said that they are very proud of this collaboration with a “world-renowned” chef with whom they share “fundamental values such as luxury, passion for excellence and offering incredible and unexpected experiences.”
Located in Platja d’en Bossa, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel will feature 181 renovated rooms and suites, entertainment offerings and wellness services.
