In a scene from her latest film ‘Shotgun wedding’, (title translated in Spain as ‘Una boda explosiva’) released this weekend on Amazon Prime, Jennifer Lopez is dressed by Charo Ruiz. Specifically, the actress appears on the screen dancing and singing on stage with an outfit by the popular Adlib designer. The short skirt is the piece known as Greta, and the Cata crop top with ruffles and bare shoulders. Both in the most recognizable Ibiza look there is, white.
As explained from the Ibiza fashion firm, Jennifer Lopez’ styling in the film was undertaken by the Hollywood stylist Kelly Johnson, Emmy winner for ‘The real’ and in charge of the actress and singer’s wardrobe during some of her tours and in other productions such as ‘The mother’ and ‘Atlas’, which Netflix premieres in 2023, in addition to the aforementioned ‘Shotgun wedding‘. The Ibizan style Lopez wears in the film is a signature Charo Ruiz. The complete outfit costs just over 400 euros: 199 euros for the skirt and 209 euros for the top. Both garments also come in black. Those responsible for the Ibizan firm emphasize that the skirt is “one of the most fun and flirtatious pieces of the collection” of classics while the top is designed to “emphasize” the beauty of the collarbone.

Charo Ruiz did not hesitate to describe Jennifer Lopez as a “muse”. “She looks spectacular,” she commented on seeing the actress on the screen.
