Ibiza nightclubs to display ‘sold out’ signs for highly anticipated opening parties

There will be five days of openings in a row, which are estimated to employ around 1,500 people

According to José Luis Benítez, Ibiza Leisure Manager, the early opening of Ibiza’s nightclubs has led to a rush of bookings, with clubs such as , Usuhaïa, DC-10, and Pacha almost sold out.

The five discotheques that will open their doors from the end of April will mobilize around 1,500 workers.Benítez expects that there will not be a single ticket left for sale, which would make this year’s opening a record-breaking one.

The desire of the sector is to extend the season this year another two weeks more than what was normal before the pandemic, and the closings will also be extended well into October. The prices of hotels have increased significantly just for those dates, and it appears there is no longer any possibility of flying to Ibiza on those days.

The rush of bookings is a good indicator of what the season will be like, and expectations are very high.
