The Finca Los Olivos de Sant Rafel, in the municipality of Sant Antoni, has been offered for sale by 43.5 million euros. This is stated in the real estate portal where the property is advertised. The estate is located in the center of the island of Ibiza, in the parish of Sant Rafel, and owes its name to the more than 200 centenary olive trees that populate this property.
It is also known for its Spanish breeding horses and as “the most impressive property with its wrought iron gate at the entrance of Sant Rafel”, notes the real estate portal in the for sale ad.
The estate is home to the famed Los Olivos Purebred Spanish Horse Stud, which dates back to 1909 and was relocated from Seville between 1999 and 2004.
