“Tonight we will dine in hell.”or rather at Casa Jondal in Ibiza. That’s what the British actor must have thought Gerard Butler (54 years old)known for his role as King Leonidas in the movie ‘300’. Butler has been caught by a fan eating at this restaurant on the island, a favorite of celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, among others.
The fan in question was the Andalusian businesswoman Vicky Martín Berrocalwho, along with a large group of friends, including her sister Rocío, did not miss the opportunity to take a picture with the handsome man.
Despite having started acting in the 90s, Butler received recognition in 2007 for his portrayal of King Leonidas in Zack Snyder’s fantasy war film ‘300’. That role earned him nominations for an Empire Award for Best Actor, a Saturn for Best Actor and an MTV Award for Best Fight.
If there could be any place more different from Sparta, this could be Ibiza, the island of luxury and hedonism, however, before tourism it was indeed an island of sober and Spartan customs.
The actor appears in the photograph with a half-smile and a black T-shirt, with the hammocks and umbrellas of Casa Jondal in the background. The encounter was a more than pleasant surprise for Martín Berrocal, who can’t help but comment, in the photograph: “Love you!”, addressing the actor and “How wonderful you!”.
