British rugby and TV star leaves Ibiza with no clothes or money and disappears in Barcelona

The 24-year-old rugby player has not given any sign of life since October 29th.

Levi Simeon Davis, a famous player of the rugby team Worthing RFC, which plays in the English second-division of the sport, has been missing since October 29th when he sent a video of himself in an Irish pub in Barcelona to a friend on Ibiza.

According to The Sun newspaper, the 24-year-old athlete was on Ibiza at a friend’s house when, suddenly, he told him that he was going to Barcelona to meet some acquaintances, although for the trip he only took a black backpack and no clothes or cash, leaving all his belongings at home.

Levi Davis’ friend, a 46-year-old man who lives in Ibiza, claims that on the 29th he received a video of him from a Catalan pub and since then, no one else, neither friends nor family, have been able to contact him.

His rugby team has posted a missing poster with a photo of the player and the following description: “Missing Person: Levi Simeon Davis. He was last seen on October 29, 2022 at The Old Irish Pub in Barcelona, Spain. He is 24 years old and 1.76 meters tall. He is a professional rugby player and a contestant on X Factor. For any information that can help find him, please email findlevidavis@gmail.com.”

In fact, the young man achieved great popularity for his participation in British reality TV shows, such as ITV’s X Factor and Celebs Go Dating.

In 2020 he also had the attention of many media when he became the first professional rugby player to declare himself bisexual.

Second rugby player missing

A few weeks ago the lifeless body of Australian rugby player Liam Hampson was found in the Apolo nightclub on Carrer Nou de la Rambla in Barcelona, next to Avinguda Paral-lel, after having been missing for more than 30 hours. The security cameras of the Apolo hall recorded the accident the player suffered when he fell from a height of 14 meters when he opened an emergency door of the nightclub.
