Even with the election hangover and its consequences, the cultural and leisure programmes for this weekend are still half-hearted, although there are some very interesting things to be found, especially the new edition of the Formentera Jazz Festival, which begins this Thursday and runs until Sunday, with big names in jazz and, on this occasion, flamenco, with the flamenco singer Duquende, and above all, with the special atmosphere that is created.
There are also dates with blues and jazz in Ibiza. With the blues on Friday with a new appointment of the cycle The Thrill is Here of Teatro Ibiza, with the singer Betta Beronia and his quartet. And with jazz on Saturday at es Caló de s’Oli with the mediterranean jazz band Madera Viva Trio.
The Archaeological Museum of Eivissa and Formentera starts this Friday a new edition of its Mediterranean Triad with conferences and tastings dedicated to bread, wine and oil in ancient Ibiza.
On Saturday Santa Eulària celebrates its ecoUc fairdedicated to sustainability and the environment, with activities for the whole family, music and food trucks.
And on Sunday Puig d’en Valls puts an end to its festivities with several activities and a musical paella.
