Silvana Estrada, one of the Mexico’s most promising up-and-coming artists, will be in Ibiza this weekend to give an acoustic concert. The event, organised by the project The Attic, will take place this Sunday on August 1st, starting at 8 pm, in a well-known restaurant in Santa Eulària.
The young Mexican singer, dubbed by some as the ‘the Chavela Vargas of the millennial generation’, will be performing in Ibiza for the first time as part of her 17-concert tour of Spain and just a few months after releasing ‘Marchita’, her official solo debut.
On 20th July this 24-year-old artist performed in Madrid, in the Plaza de la Armería of the Royal Palace. Estrada has also performed at the Jardins de Pedralbes Festival and La Mar de Músicas.
The singer, considered “the new voice of Mexico” by renowned female musicians such as Natalia Lafourcade and Julieta Venegas, has performed alongside outstanding artists such as Jorge Drexler, Leiva, El Kanka, Salvador Sobral and Michael League and Justin Stanton of Snarky Puppy.
