The Supreme Court has given air to the owners of rental properties (provided they are individuals and not companies) by improving their tax situation if they finally decide to sell that property, a decision that will benefit many landlords in the Balearic Islands, according to the lawyer Alejandro del Campo, of the firm DMS Legal.
