The Tanit Ibiza Congress celebrated a vision of inclusive leadership centred on collaboration and women’s empowerment, with the awards recognising contributions by local women in tourism, business, journalism, and healthcare. Organisers Alicia Reina and Eva Ballarin emphasised a commitment to “positive and inclusive leadership” free from divisive practices. Keynote speakers, including Marta Robles and Samantha Vallejo-Nájera, discussed the challenges of balancing work and home life, stressing the importance of teamwork in relationships. Highlights included awarding the Tanit Ibiza Awards to eight notable Ibizan women, such as Estella Matutes Juan and Sara Marí Washbourne, for their professional achievements and commitment to community values like heritage, sustainability, and gender equality. The event also featured the book launch of 12 vidas, with proceeds supporting breast cancer research.
