Garden Hotels is recruiting entertainment professionals for the 2026 summer tourist season, with vacancies at its hotels in Ibiza, as well as in Mallorca and Menorca. The job offer, published through the Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), includes a total of 27 positions, several of them at hotels on Ibiza.
Specifically, the company is looking to fill ten positions in sports and show entertainment, five in fitness and show entertainment, ten in children’s entertainment and shows, and two positions as heads of entertainment.
Among the skills valued by the company is a good command of English, as well as other languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Czech or Polish. The deadline for applications is 14 February 2026, inclusive.
Training course
Garden Hotels offers a compulsory and free training course, fully covered by the company, which will take place between 13 April and 1 May 2026, with some flexibility depending on hotel opening dates. Contracts will last between five and a half and six months, starting no later than 1 May and running until the end of October.
In terms of pay, salaries will be in line with the Balearic Islands hospitality sector collective agreement. For entertainment staff working with the chain for the first time, the minimum gross monthly salary starts at €1,895. For managerial positions, salaries are around €2,300 gross per month.
The offer also includes accommodation and meals provided by the company, either in hotels or shared apartments with other team members, as well as reimbursement of return travel costs at the end of the season, up to a maximum of €100 each way.
