Garden Hotels has opened a selection process to fill 27 entertainment staff positions at its hotels in Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza for the 2026 summer season. The chain is looking for sports, fitness and children’s entertainers, as well as entertainment managers, and is keeping the registration period open until 26 January 2026 inclusive, as reported on the website of the Balearic Islands Training and Employment Office (SOIB).
In total, there are ten positions available for sports and general entertainment, five for fitness entertainment, ten for children’s entertainment and two for entertainment managers. The company particularly values applicants who have knowledge of English and, in addition, another language such as German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Czech or Polish.
Those interested should consult the details of each professional profile on the SOIB website and, if they meet the requirements, complete the registration form, attaching an up-to-date CV, the required documentation and a cover letter. Once the deadline has passed, Garden Hotels explains that it will contact those who are shortlisted.
Salary
The salary is based on the collective bargaining agreement in the Balearic Islands, but the company offers a minimum of 1,895 euros gross per month for entertainment staff working for the first time with Garden Hotels, while the head of entertainment position amounts to 2,300 euros gross per month.
