Of these, 45 are competing for the Menorca project, 34 for the Ibiza project and 44 for the Formentera project. In today’s session, a maximum of 20% of the projects will be selected to go on to the second phase, from which the three winning proposals will be chosen.

The conseller for Mobility and Housing, Josep Marí, accompanied by Ibavi manager Cris Ballester, the mayor of Ibiza, Rafel Ruiz, and the vice-president of Formentera Council, Ana Juan, thanked Ibavi yesterday for its institutional collaboration in providing the land that will enable the construction of more than 100 new homes.
